Do I need Renter's Insurance?Yes, it is highly recommended that renters obtain renter's insurance. While it is not required, having renter's insurance provides valuable protection for your personal belongings and can offer liability coverage in case of accidents or damages. It’s a proactive measure that can save you from unexpected costs and provide peace of mind.

What is the typical length of lease?Typically our lease terms are one year. However, please share your unique needs with our leasing agent, many times we can accomodate specific needs when discussed in advance of signing a lease. Our RV parking has special rates avaialbe for daily, weekly, and monthly increments.

Are your houses pet-friendly?There is a $350 nonrefundable pet.

How Do I Apply for a Home?The most common way is to make an appointment to see the rental and at that time if you are interested, I will be glad to give you an application. Where are homes available?We have home for rent throughout Lake Charles, including north and south. In addition to homes, apartments and townhomes, our portfolio includs RV parking in Cameron Louisiana.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
